Time restrictions on flights were lifted at Pulkovo Airport

Temporary restrictions on aircraft acceptance and release have been lifted at St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Airport. This was announced on March 24 by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Pulkovo Airport. Restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been lifted," the agency's Telegram channel says.

Rosaviatsia recalled that the measures were introduced for the safety of passengers.

Restrictions in Pulkovo were introduced earlier in the day. The airport's press service reported that more than 80 flights were delayed by 9:00 a.m. Moscow time, and 62 more were canceled. 45 aircraft went to alternate airfields. The airport was in a situation of airspace restrictions for almost 18 hours.
