The government has expanded the list of car models for taxis

The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the list of domestically produced cars that fall under the parameters of the law on taxi localization. The corresponding decree of the Russian government was published on the official Internet portal of legal information on March 24. pravo.gov.ru .

According to the document, the list of localized models has been expanded with Haval F7, Haval F7x, Haval Jolion crossovers produced in the Tula region, as well as Tenet T7 crossovers assembled near Kaluga. Thus, taxi companies will now be able to purchase these models.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade recalled that the list of taxi vehicles suggests the possibility of regular updates, taking into account the models that will be produced in Russia under the SPIC with commitments to deepen localization.

Earlier, on March 4, the Ministry of Industry and Trade published a list of models of cars for working in a taxi. It includes Lada Granta, Iskra, Vesta, Aura, Largus, Niva Travel, Niva Legend. The Sollers brand is represented by the SP7 and SF1 models. The Evolve brand was included in the list with the electric vehicles i-Joy, i-Sky and the hybrid i-Space. The Voyah brand is represented by the models Free, Dream, Passion. The Moskvich brand includes models 3, 3e, 6, 8, M70, M90. It also includes the UMO 5 electric car.
