Preparations for the fountain season have begun in Yalta
Preparations for the fountain season, which starts on April 1, have begun in Yalta. There are plans to launch 11 facilities: nine in the city itself and one each in Simeiz and Foros, Mayor Yanina Pavlenko said on social media.
These fountains are owned by Zelenstroy, writes IA SevastopolMedia. Now specialists are working on Sovetskaya Square: they are cleaning the parts and the bowl from plaque, repairing individual elements, and setting up equipment.
"Further maintenance will be carried out on the rest of the fountains — this will allow them to work without interruptions throughout the season and delight residents of Yalta and our guests until late autumn," Pavlenko summed up.
Earlier it was reported that in 2026, the Russian government will allocate about 93 billion rubles for the implementation of an updated program for the socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol. Changes were made to the updated project in a number of parameters.
