155 more gas-powered buses will be delivered to the Krasnoyarsk fleet. The first 55 units of transport will arrive in April, said the head of the regional capital Sergei Vereshchagin.

The purchase of the remaining buses will be announced in the second quarter of 2026, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency.

As the mayor noted, at the request of the citizens, the number of routes across the Nikolaevsky Bridge will be increased. Transport will also run to the new Tire cemetery.

"This requires the creation of a regulatory road, work is underway. In general, taking into account the construction of the metro, a new route network strategy is needed," the mayor explained.

He clarified that now specialists from Moscow, together with Krasnoyarsk experts, are developing a new scheme: analyzing the requests of citizens, new directions and the economy. New proposals will be put up for discussion in the autumn.

Earlier in March, it was reported that three bridge structures are planned to be repaired in Krasnoyarsk in 2026. The bulk of the work will take place during the road season.
