Unfinished house for the elderly and disabled to be demolished in Aleksin

In the Tula region, they announced the search for a contractor to demolish an unfinished house for the elderly and disabled. This is reported by TSN24 with reference to the documentation of the relevant auction on the public procurement portal.

The unfinished facility includes several buildings: a hospital, a vegetable storage, a garage, a walk-through and a transformer substation. Demolition work will take place in three stages.

The maximum value of the contract with the contractor is 82.1 million rubles. The contractor will carry out the demolition of the facility in the period from May 1 to October 31.

At the same time, as TSN24 clarifies, a contractor had already been selected for these works, who requested 9.4 million rubles for his services. However, in the end, he refused or declined to enter into an agreement.
