Almost 1 million people underwent medical examinations in the Moscow region

Since the beginning of 2026, almost 1 million residents of the Moscow region have undergone medical examinations. 18,000 people were diagnosed with diseases they did not know about.

You can check your health at the polyclinic at your place of residence for free, the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya notes. The medical examination takes place within the framework of the national project "Long and active life". An appointment for an examination is made on the Health portal, and you can find out about the results at a telemedicine consultation with a doctor.

Since the beginning of the year, 339 cases of cancer have been identified. All patients were referred for an in-depth diagnosis.

Since the beginning of the year, doctors have also conducted more than 820,000 telemedicine consultations.
