Three people were injured in an accident in the Republic of Buryatia.

As a result of the collision of two cars on the Baikal highway R258 in the Republic of Buryatia, three people were injured, including one minor. This was announced on March 24 by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.

"There was a head-on collision of KamAZ and Nissan X—Trail vehicles on the Baikal federal highway," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that the victims were hospitalized. An inspection was organized on the fact of the incident, as a result of which an assessment of compliance with the legislation on road safety will be given.
