An explosion has occurred at the Valero Refinery in Port Arthur, Texas. This was reported on March 23 by KDFM TV channel, citing a source.

"Rescuers arrived at the Valero facility in Port Arthur after reports of an explosion that sent thick black smoke into the sky," the publication says.
