It became known about the beginning of the recovery of 4 billion rubles from Timur Ivanov

Bailiffs have begun the procedure of compulsory collection of more than 4 billion rubles from the former Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov. This was reported on March 24 by TASS with reference to court materials.

According to the documents received from the Moscow City Court, the amount of the penalty includes damage from embezzlement of Interkommerce Bank funds in the amount of over 3.9 billion rubles, as well as a criminal fine of 100 million rubles imposed by the court. Ivanov did not pay the fine within the prescribed period, which became the basis for the initiation of two enforcement proceedings.

In addition, a third proceeding has been opened against Ivanov based on the materials of the justice of the peace. Timur Ivanov is charged for electricity, the amount of which exceeds 44 thousand rubles.

He faces up to 15 years in prison from representatives of the funeral business.

The former deputy minister was detained on April 23, 2024 on charges of accepting a bribe. According to investigators, Ivanov entered into a criminal conspiracy with the heads of contractors working at the facilities of the Ministry of Defense, and concluded contracts with them in exchange for personal rewards. In July, he was sentenced to 13 years in prison and fined 100 million rubles.

On November 26, 2025, the former deputy minister transferred the Pankratovo estate in the Tver Region worth more than 800 million rubles to the state revenue. At the same time, the court declared him bankrupt. Ivanov's father challenged the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office and asked not to seize the two motorcycles that were given to him by his son.

The Prosecutor General's Office, as it became known on January 22, appealed the decision of the Presnensky Court of Moscow on a claim for the seizure of property of former Deputy Defense Minister Timur Ivanov and his relatives worth more than 1.2 billion rubles.
