Four people were injured in an explosion in an apartment building in Sevastopol. This was announced on March 24 by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

"An explosion occurred in one of the residential buildings on Korchagin Street, the causes are being investigated," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.
