The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Russia has prepared regulations defining exactly how the decision on the removal of a citizen from registration will be made. This was announced on March 23 in the press service of the migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
"The draft order stipulates that the decision to de—register a citizen is made by the heads of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the interregional, regional and district levels or their deputies within five working days if the fact of fictitious registration of a citizen at the place of stay or at the place of residence is established by one of the procedural decisions," the a message in the Telegram channel
It is specified that we are talking about cases when it is established that the registration at the place of residence or stay was issued fictitiously.
