In the Amur region, two more ice crossings were closed due to rising air temperatures and melting snow. This is reported by the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

We are talking about crossings on the Zeya River in the Shimanovsky municipal district between the village of Uralovka and the village of Kukhterin Meadow and within the village of Chagoyan. Traffic on them has been closed since March 23.

According to PriamurMedia news agency, the decision on the insecurity of seasonal roads was made by the commission based on an ice survey. There are forbidding signs at the exit points to the Zea.

Since March 21, traffic has also been banned at the crossing in the Mazanovsky district on the Selemdzha River between the village of Ivanovsky and the village of Vasilyevsky. As of March 23, eight ice crossings continue to operate in the Amur Region.

On March 16, it was reported that the international ice crossing connecting the Amur Region with the Heihe City District in China was closed. The decision was also made due to the increase in air temperature and the formation of thawing.
