He specified that the building with an area of over 8 thousand square meters houses two concert halls with 547 and 87 seats, specialized classrooms, a library, a recording studio, as well as necessary living quarters. kp.ru . Sobyanin added that special attention was paid to the sound insulation of the building, and the institution is scheduled to open in September, Moscow 24 notes.
