Alexey Glukhov, the former Russian Ambassador to Estonia, died at the age of 91. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in its Telegram channel.

"The leadership, public organizations and the First European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation are deeply saddened to announce that on March 23, 2026, retired Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Alexei Ilyich Glukhov died at the age of 91," the publication says.
