Sobchak was unable to buy a historic mansion in Moscow at auction
Journalist and TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak was unable to purchase a historic mansion in Maly Vlasyevsky Lane in the center of Moscow, according to the bidding protocol published on March 23 on the Auction GIS website.
As the organizer of the auction noted, 15 companies and individuals from three regions took part in them. Liquid State was recognized as the new owner following the results of the auction. The final price of the lot is 672.1 million rubles.
We are talking about an object of cultural heritage of regional significance — the Rossinsky pilot's house at 4 Maly Vlasyevsky Lane. The lot includes buildings with a total area of 704.7 square meters. m and rent 0.1 hectares of land.
On March 18, the mansion of Ukrainian oligarch Konstantin Grigorishin was put up for sale in Moscow, it is being sold for more than 3.7 billion rubles. The house is being sold under the Bankruptcy section. The house area is 1,721 square meters, the land area is 1,139 square meters. The building is an object of cultural heritage.
