Iran's negotiations with the United States are meaningless in the current circumstances. About this on March 23 on his page on the X network (ex. Ebrahim Rezaei, a representative of the Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, wrote on Twitter.

"The crushing blows of the armed forces and the rise in oil prices have plunged the United States into despair and despondency. Negotiations in such circumstances are meaningless. The enemy understands only the language of force and missiles," Rezai wrote.

In a previous post, he added that the United States had "messed up" the negotiations, and Iran would have to continue working "on the battlefield."

Trump announced on March 23 that the US military would temporarily suspend strikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure amid talks between Washington and Tehran. He also said that the United States and Iran had held two days of fruitful negotiations to resolve the conflict.

On the same day, the Iranian Foreign Ministry strongly denied the information about the alleged negotiations. The Iranian media said that Trump "retreated after learning that all power plants in Western Asia would be our targets."
