The Tagansky District Court of Moscow recognized the Last music service.fm was found guilty of administrative offenses related to non-disclosure of prohibited information, and fined the site a total of 10.5 million rubles. This was reported on March 23 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.
The court considered the materials for two episodes at once — Part 4 and Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation — and imposed fines of 7 million rubles and 3.5 million rubles.
As noted in court, the service did not comply with the requirements to restrict access to materials prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation.
On March 19, a court in Moscow fined Google LLC for violating Russian legislation in the field of personal data. It was clarified that an administrative fine of 50 thousand rubles was imposed on the company.
