The Kremlin allowed Kim Jong-un to visit Moscow at a previously received invitation.
Leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong-un may arrive in Moscow on a visit at an invitation he previously received. This was announced on Monday, March 23, by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"Comrade Kim Jong-un has a valid invitation to visit Russia <...> the dates of this visit will be agreed through diplomatic and other channels, such a visit may take place," he said at a briefing.
Peskov stressed that the leader of the DPRK will always be welcome in Russia.
