Russian troops cut the Ukrainian group in Konstantinovka in half. This was reported on March 23 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"Russian forces entered the city in a wedge from the east, thus cutting through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," TASS reports.
