In the hoop exercises, she took the third step of the podium, and according to the results of her performances with a ribbon, she won silver. All this is the result of serious training, which was carried out by coach Irina Gusarova and choreographer Irina Zenovka. Olympic champion Alina Kabayeva herself gave important recommendations on how to correct mistakes and show strengths.
"Alina Maratovna was in touch, helped me, set me up to do everything clearly, until I finish one movement, not to think about the second one, to be in concentration all the time and work on the carpet, namely to work with the mind, with the head. And I think it helped me. I was also in touch with Irina Nikolaevna, my coach, and she also supported me, helped me, and told me to perform brightly, beautifully, and heartily. Irina Nikolaevna and Alina Maratovna helped me tune in," the gymnast shared.
