In Russia, oil workers on Sakhalin and financiers in Moscow earn the most, and employees of the civil service of Ingushetia and Kabardino-Balkaria complete the list. This became known on March 22.

It follows from the results of the RIA Novosti study that by the end of 2025, the Russian labor market was in a state of structural overheating. It is noted that the record low unemployment rate continues to stimulate wage growth. With an acute shortage of specialists in some areas, the average salary exceeded the psychological limit of 100,000 rubles, and the annual growth was an impressive 13.5%.
