In the Leningrad region, the Internet speed may decrease due to the danger of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) declared in the region. This was announced on March 22 by the governor of the region, Alexander Drozdenko.

"Attention, the danger of UAVs in the airspace of the Leningrad region has been declared. It is possible to reduce the speed of the mobile Internet," he wrote in the channel in the messenger MAX.

A danger of drone attacks has also been declared in the Smolensk Region, and air defense forces are working. The authorities urged residents to remain calm, move away from windows and not take pictures of the operation of air defense systems.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the air defense forces shot down 74 drones in six hours. So, 40 UAVs were destroyed over the Bryansk region, 19 over the Smolensk region. Eight drones were eliminated over the Tula region, four over Kaluga, two over Kursk and one over the Republic of Bashkortostan.
