A helicopter of the Qatari Armed Forces crashed into the sea near the coast of the country, and searches are underway for crew members and passengers. This was announced on March 22 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Qatar on the social network X.
"The Ministry of Defense of the State of Qatar informs that a Qatari helicopter suffered a technical malfunction during a scheduled mission, as a result of which it crashed in the territorial waters of the state," the statement said.
