In Russia, even those who have not worked a day will receive a pension. This was announced on March 22 by Yaroslav Nilov, head of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs.
"We have such cases, such examples: a citizen may not work a single day in his life. <...> But he is guaranteed that when he reaches retirement age, he will receive a social pension," he said in an interview with TASS.
