Biologist Dmitry Safonov said on March 19 that an invasion of dangerous mutant ticks resistant to hunger, extreme weather conditions and aerosol sprays had been recorded in southern Russia. We are talking about ticks that are resistant to heat, are able to winter in Russia and go without food for a long time.
