Ukraine's refusal to allow European inspectors to inspect the Druzhba oil pipeline is "not encouraging at all." This was announced on March 21 by the Euractiv portal.
One EU diplomat noted that Kiev's refusal to allow inspections was "not encouraging at all," even though the Ukrainians had "provided good explanations" for why the pipeline was difficult to repair.
