The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has agreed to strengthen compulsory conscription measures, which involve foreign mercenaries from Poland and Romania in mobilization activities. This was reported on March 21 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"The SBU has agreed to strengthen measures of "falsification" (forcible detention of conscripts by military enlistment officers. — Ed.). Foreign mercenaries, mainly from Poland and Romania, are involved in carrying out certain events on the border territory," the source told RIA Novosti.
