The infrastructure was damaged as a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Saratov region. This was announced on March 21 by the governor of the region Roman Busargin.
"As a result of the UAV attack, there is damage to civilian infrastructure. Windows were partially blown out in several houses in Engels," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
