It is specified that the restrictive measures will enter into force on April 1, 2026. The ban applies to the territories of the subjects of Russia indicated in the relevant items of the government list.

On December 26, 2025, employees of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Transbaikalia stopped the activities of an illegal mining farm, which caused damage to a uranium mining enterprise in the Priargunsky district, estimated at more than 5 million rubles. A criminal case has been opened under paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing property damage by deception or abuse of trust on an especially large scale").
