The Russian Dance Sports Championships and championships have started in Moscow.

On March 20, the Russian Dance Sports Championship and championship started in Moscow at the Irina Viner Palace in Luzhniki. The competition will last 10 days, until March 29.

According to Nadezhda Erastova, President of the All-Russian Federation of Dance Sports and Acrobatic Rock and Roll (FTSARR), competitions were held in the federal districts of the Russian Federation before the championship. The best athletes who won the selection presented their regions in the capital.

Thus, more than 3,000 athletes from 67 regions and 152 cities of Russia took part in large-scale competitions, they will compete for prizes in 39 groups.

"The All-Russian Federation of Dance Sports of Breaking and Acrobatic Rock'n'roll is by far the largest and most powerful international sports federation in the world. <...> According to the results of the championship and the championship, the best athletes will become candidates for the Russian national sports team and will continue competing on the international sports arena," said Yerastova.
