Vadim Filashkin, head of the administration of the Kiev-controlled part of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), announced the beginning of the forced evacuation of children from the city of Slavyansk under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to the DPR. He announced this on March 20 in his Telegram channel.

"I have signed an order to carry out the forced evacuation of children from certain districts of Slavyansk," the message says.
