The real work of innovative technologies in retail was discussed at the T1 Forum

T1 IT Holding brought together top managers of large companies, representatives of leading IT market players and regulators in Moscow. The T1 Forum conference has become a place for an open discussion of issues that concern businesses. The participants talked, among other things, about qualitatively new concepts for both sellers and customers.

So, the participants of the session "Retail: balancing at the peak of innovation" raised the topic of using digital solutions. It was noted that Russian retail is actively investing in technology and automation. According to a study by the IT holding T1 "Pulse of Digitalization", in 2025, the volume of industry investments in IT reached 105 billion rubles.

"In retail, the most important thing is to ensure the user's convenience in purchasing goods. Therefore, we must provide the customer with the opportunity to choose the product. In a store or, for example, during a purchase on a marketplace, the customer should feel comfortable and comfortable," said Evgenia Romanova, Director of Finance, IT and Logistics at Mark RUS LLC.

At the forum, T1 IT holding presented a family of software and hardware complexes for retail "Tillium", which includes specialized software for sales automation, computer vision equipment and services. The platform was created in response to the request of retail chains from various fields — from grocery and fashion retail, to gas stations and HoReCa — for comprehensive automation of the sales floor, reducing operating costs and dependence on line staff.

"We looked at this market broadly, looked at what solutions are on the market now, and realized that current solutions do not cover all the infrastructure needs of a shopping facility, but only a certain part of them.
