Sociologist and journalist Konstantin Gaase was included in the register of foreign agents. This was reported on March 20 on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

"On March 20, 2026, in accordance with the orders of the Russian Ministry of Justice, K.B. Haase was included in the register of foreign agents," the message says.

According to the ministry, he participated in the creation of messages and materials from foreign agents for an unlimited number of people, as well as organizations whose activities are considered undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation.

He also disseminated false information about the decisions of public authorities and their policies, opposed the special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine, and also interacted with an undesirable organization.

In addition to Haase, Ivan Mysenko, former director of the Mordovian Procurement Organization Center, journalist Anna Nemzer, video blogger Alex Moore (Alexandra Strogaleva) and the Media Partisans project were added to the list of foreign agents.

The reason for the inclusion was that the listed individuals and organizations disseminated false information about decisions taken by public authorities and their policies, and opposed a special military operation in Ukraine. In addition, they participated in the creation or distribution of materials by foreign agents, as well as materials from organizations whose activities are considered undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Haase, Mysenko, Nemzer and Strogalev live outside of Russia. In relation to Strogalev, the fact of facilitating the collection of funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine has also been established. The Media Partisans project, among other things, disseminated false information about the Russian electoral system.

Nikita Khrushchev's great-granddaughter Nina was added to the list of foreign agents on March 13. Along with Khrushcheva, the list includes publicist Vadim Shtepa, journalist Stepan Reznik and economist Ekaterina Zhuravskaya.
