The Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the Vladimir region has opened a criminal case into a gas explosion in a residential building in the town of Kosterevo, Petushinsky district. This was announced on March 20 in the department.
"A criminal case has been opened into a report of a gas explosion in a residential building on Pistsova Street in the city of Kosterevo on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements")," the agency said in a message on the MAX messenger.
