Rospotrebnadzor constantly monitors external surveillance in the Russian Federation

Russia must be prepared for a sharp increase in epidemiological risks against the background of the global situation. This was announced on March 20 by the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, at an expanded board meeting.

"Socio-economic instability and humanitarian disasters in a number of countries in the East and parts of Africa indicate that [epidemiological] risks will only grow, and we must be prepared for them," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
