The ruble reacted calmly to the reduction of the key rate to 15%

The ruble showed a restrained reaction to the decision of the Bank of Russia to reduce the key rate from 15.5% to 15%, according to data from the Moscow Stock Exchange.

As of 13:35 Moscow time, the yuan exchange rate decreased by 30 cents relative to the previous close, to 12.17 rubles, which roughly corresponds to the levels before the publication of the Central Bank's decision.
