In three hours, air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 29 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the skies over the regions of Russia. This was announced on March 20 by the Russian Defense Ministry.
"From 11:00 Moscow time to 14:00 Moscow time, 29 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the ministry said in a statement.
It is noted that 27 drones were eliminated over the Bryansk region, and two more drones were destroyed over the Belgorod region.
