In Podolsk, emergency house No. 6 on Pochtovaya Street was demolished. The building was built in 1974, according to the press service of the Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning of the Moscow region.

The area of the one-story house was 300 square meters. m. According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, earlier the building housed a car goods store, and later a cafe.

The shopping facility was decommissioned due to a decrease in the load-bearing capacity of the structures and deterioration of the technical condition. Over time, it deteriorated more and more.

The land has already been cleared of construction debris. A convenience store with an area of 555 square meters will be built on the territory. The owner has already received a construction permit.

Earlier it was reported that 44 road sections will be put in order in Podolsk in 2026. Work will also take place in Dubrovitsy, Klimovsk, the village of Lviv and a number of villages.
