Peskov could not explain the Europeans' desire to prolong the crisis in Iran

The Kremlin cannot name the reasons why Western European countries, which are actually directly involved in the Ukrainian conflict, are not showing the same peacemaking zeal towards Iran. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a press conference with reporters on March 20.

"Our main question to them is why they directly allowed themselves to be involved in the conflict over Ukraine. Why would they do that? But there is no exact answer to this. There is also no answer to the question of why they are still pursuing a policy aimed at provoking the further continuation of this conflict and why they are not pursuing a policy aimed at contributing to the search for a peaceful settlement worldwide.
