The Moscow Arbitration Court has satisfied the claim of the Japanese company Makita Corporation for the recovery of 300 million rubles from an individual entrepreneur from Udmurtia. This was announced on March 20 by a representative of the Rusprofile service with a link to the document.

According to Vedomosti, the entrepreneur sold products under the Makita brand with signs of counterfeit on the marketplace. According to information from the seller's card, she was engaged in the sale of repair tools, and also offered products from other well-known brands, including DeWalt, Bosch, Stihl and Milwaukee.
