In the Rylsky district of the Kursk region, a girl was injured due to a drone strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on March 20 by the governor of the region, Alexander Khinstein.

"As a result of the attacks on the highway between the villages of Alexandrovka and Viktorovka in the Rylsky district, a 29-year-old girl was injured. She has blind shrapnel wounds to her left shin, right foot with fractured calcaneus, and left forearm," Khinstein wrote on his channel in the MAX messenger.

He noted that the girl is currently hospitalized and wished her a speedy recovery. The head of the region added that 36 drones of the Ukrainian army had been intercepted over the region over the past day, and the enemy had attacked settlements 14 times with artillery.

Khinstein stressed that the power transmission line in the village of Zhurutyano had been damaged, and the power supply had already been restored.

The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced on the same day that a civilian was killed in the village of Murom as a result of an attack by an APU drone. He also expressed his sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
