On March 20, the FSB's Public Relations Center showed footage of the detention of a Kiev agent who wanted to blow up the car of an official of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) administration.
The footage shows how the attacker made his way across the roof to a hole in the wall of the house, from where he took out an explosive device.
