The European Union (EU) does not have a plan B or an alternative to the €90 billion loan to Ukraine, which was blocked by Hungary. This was announced on March 20 by French President Emmanuel Macron.

"There is no Plan B, because plan A must be implemented — it's about trust in the European Council," he said.
