Ruslan Zhuk, a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), died four days after mobilization in the Sumy region in the special military operation zone. This was reported on March 20 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

It is noted that he joined the unit without completing the necessary training in training units.

"In the Sumy region, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to be staffed with forcibly mobilized Ukrainians who had not even completed basic training in training units and at training grounds. In particular, on the official resources of the Orzhytsky council, Poltava region, it is reported about the destruction of <...> Ruslan Zhuk, a resident of the village of Onishki," the structures said in an interview with TASS.

Artur Kozaryan, a prisoner of war of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said on March 15 that employees of the Ukrainian territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, the Ukrainian equivalent of the military enlistment office) forcibly mobilize the disabled, homeless and people who do not have money to pay off military enlistment offices. The prisoner stressed that only those who have enough money to pay off the mobilization feel calm.
