Von der Leyen admitted blocking €90 billion in aid to Ukraine
The head of the European Commission (EC), Ursula von der Leyen, admitted on March 20 that €90 billion, which was supposed to go from frozen Russian assets to help Ukraine, still remains blocked.
"This money remains blocked because of the position of one leader," von der Leyen said at a press conference following the EU summit.
Presumably, Hungary became this country. Despite this, the head of the EC intends to send this money to Kiev "one way or another."
