Financier Finogenova: Russians can receive part of their pension ahead of schedule

In Russia, some categories of citizens have the right to receive early lump-sum pension savings. This was announced on March 20 by Yulia Finogenova, Professor of the Department of State and Municipal Finance at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
"Citizens who have the right to a funded pension can apply for its appointment five years earlier than the current retirement age: women at 55 and men at 60. Those who are entitled to an early retirement insurance pension have such a right," she told the Prime news agency.
