The annual losses of the Qatar national oil and gas company Qatar Energy as a result of damage to three of the company's facilities during the strikes of the Islamic Republic of Iran may amount to $20 billion. Saad bin Sharida al-Kaabi, Qatar's Minister of State for Energy and CEO of the company, said this in an interview with Reuters on March 19.

"The Iranian attacks have disabled 17% of Qatar's liquefied natural gas (LNG) export capacity, resulting in a loss of about $20 billion in annual revenue and threatening supplies to Europe and Asia," he said.
