Washington has renewed the license for oil operations from the Russian Federation

Washington has updated the license for oil operations from the Russian Federation, the changes relate to transactions with a number of states. This is stated in a document published on March 19 by the US Treasury.

The document notes that Russian oil loaded onto tankers before March 12 and withdrawn from sale sanctions cannot be sold to North Korea and Cuba. In addition, the updates affected a number of regions of the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Crimea.
