As of March 19, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has more than 120 services on its "white list" that will remain available even with limited mobile Internet access.

"Among them are social networks, online stores, government websites, banks, media websites, streaming services, telecom operators, and websites for booking travel and buying airline tickets," RIA Novosti reports.
