Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said he had not succumbed to blackmail at the EU summit. He said this in a video message on the Facebook social network on March 19 (he belongs to the Meta organization, which is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

"With due modesty, I will say that I behaved like a staunch tin soldier, and we stayed where we were in the morning. If there is oil, there will be money, if there is no oil, there is no money," Orban said.
